AoE2 is the perfect mix of relaxed strategy with comfy world building and exploring thrown in.
Any modern game with the same kind of feel? I never got into the later AoE games or AoM.
AoE2 is by far the comfiest game I have ever played

probably a cropped creenie from pre-widescreen days, the HD version is designed for higher resolutions and a mod for the original gives it widescreen support.
