Doesn't SNK have a sequel that's like 90% complete that they won't touch in respect of the original dev team that aren't at the company anymore? or something along those lines anyway

Original SNK had a sequel with some assets here and there, no official word on what %, said shots featured ryo as mr karate
Then official word from SNKP a bit before KoF XIII came out was that a new sequel done by them was at around 70% complete, dunno if they used the skeleton of the previous version or if they actually put it all together from scratch, then SNKP got sold off again to the new chinese overlords doing KoF XV with PS2 3d graphics
We'll never see a quality Garou 2 ever again.

Does the geo neo portable have all the SNK games on it? Or any of the collections? I know a couple didn't come to the west properly. The Last Blade I believe.
