>>
Tons of emulation, yeah.
Any VN.
Any roguelike.
As far as modern 3D games go, you'd be relatively low end (but still possible) with the graphics in World of Warcraft, I think.
I wouldn't expect anything more than low settings (and maybe even sub 15 FPS depending on the game) in most modern games.

My only experience with toasters is using a budget laptop from 2009 as my main machine for a while, and I know it's even worse than your toaster.

Toaster gaming is the true sport of PC gaymers.

I've been playing through the phoenix wright series. A ds emulator should be easy on any system and there's tons of great games for it.

PSP Emulator easily. Android phones can run PPSSPP.

Simple Puzzle games are probably fine (puzzle quest, hunie pop), browser games like runescape are probably fine, emulated games at psx or older level should be fine. Most VNs, rpg maker games and stuff of that nature. Older pc games and some newer ones that have very low requirements might be olay, blizzard is usually pretty good at getting their games to run on toasters.

Nice background OP. I've got that as a poster on my wall.

with similar specs, i can run dota2 and csgo at min graphics at 50ish fps.
stronghold runs perfectly.
europa universalis 4 runs okay but limited to speed 1 and 2.
skyrim(amazingly) works on minimum graphics with windowed, normal render distance. can cause lag if you shake the camera violently, otherwise works smooth.
