Also, since this is a controversial opinions thread, I just want to say that Lords of The Fallen was a better game than Dark Souls 2.
LOTF had vastly superior graphics, more creative bosses, better storytelling, smarter level design, and focused on intense 1v1 fights instead of lazily spamming hoards of enemies.

Hatred's graphics aren't gorgeous, just the physics.
The mechanics are pretty meh, I found it difficult to aim at enemies who were in the top left and top right corners of the screen, plus it was difficult to tell if you were behind cover properly or still sticking out enough to get shot.
On top of that, the game was absolutely unplayable on launch, fps dips out the ass when you lose hp.
I haven't heard anything about it ever since, so I'm not sure if they fixed that.
The storytelling is very barebones and definitely not immersive or deep.
I did not like notimportant's character at all, I would have preferred he stayed completely silent at all times, that would have made for a better and creepier character.
It's true that it wasn't a cashgrab, and the destruction was great, but that's about all the game has going for it.
And yes, it IS and edgy grimdark game.
Still better than undertale.

Are you joking? Since the latest patch it runs at 60fps/1080p/ultra settings on my 960 (minus antialiasing, which I disable since my monitor is small.)
