A pretty good game.
It's bad. I quit that shit in 5 days when some personality-lacking animal asked me for something in my pocket just like every other animal in the game had already to that point. It's a soulless waste of time.
GC version was the best by far.

It's a good AC game, but it gets horrendously repetitive after the first month. You'll constantly get the same lines, the annoyances get to you so fast, and the holiday events feel way less fun than I remember the GC being.

Villager's pretty good. His main problem is his short hitbox reach.
The comfiest time on /v/ I've ever had was when we watched AC film together just before game release.
Game itself is incredibly comfy and I just love laying in bed after long day at work and fishing.

It's a lot of fun at first once you realize just how basic the entire game is and your favorite villager is identical to 1/6th of the game's cast, and the entire game just becomes a bit of a chore at that point.

i got the perfect town and then the gold watering can, and lost interest immediately.
being mayor was neat i guess, but it still didn't add enough to the game. i was constantly reminded while playing how much more i enjoyed the gamecube version.
why are we limited to 4 gyroids playing at a time now? why do houses have furniture number limits? this isn't ds wild world, gamecube didn't have that shit.

I like it. It's a game I'm never too excited to play and sometimes even think it's going to be a chore, but still end up enjoying every second of it. Just avoid falling into a routine. You make anything a routine and that's when it becomes a chore.
Animal Crossing is basically like a freemium mobile game except with more customization options and no micro-transactions, which means you can play infinitely without having to buy more of x resource.
