Here's my autistic remedy.
Figure out what genre of music you're listening to from these OSTs.
Go to youtube, type it in.
There should be a top ten or playlist or whatever. Doesn't really matter, just listen to a bunch of stuff with a lot of views casually while doing chores or something. You'll eventually hear something that makes you stop or grabs your attention or you legitimately like, whatever the case write down the name of the artists or bands. Now rinse and repeat by listening to their top 10s. If you find the majority of their sound appeals to your complete lack of taste begin listening to their catalogue as a whole.
Of course with this you'll never encounter unknown, underground, or super obscure shit but that's not really important at the moment. You're not interested in that now so it's doubtful even if you did come across it you'd be able to appreciate it. You have to stomach mild chilli before you crave higher heat.
So I suggest this pleb style approach because it guarantees you go into whatever genre with immediate interest from the "best"that's most popular, entry level, surface media among the masses for those who can't read irony and sarcasmstuff and as such there's a lot of eagerness to keep listening and anticipation to get to that point that impressed you while listening to their earlier materialassuming their earlier material isn't their most popular and therefore your "peak", because then you're fuckedin anticipation.
Done enough and you might develop a hack version of critical eye since you're always listening to everything comparatively instead of just as a fan so you should be able to identify the difference in pace, style, instruments, etc used until it hits that litmus point.
If all else fails just do what people did back in the day, turn on the radio on any of your devices and let come what may. They'll sell you the right idea eventually.

I'll help you out. In order to be normal, you need to not have any interests or tastes of your own. You need to watch television and go to whichever movies which are popular, and then emulate what they teach about how to dress, how to speak, and what to think. Then you need to circlejerk about this with a group of people who you can never have a deep discussion with because there are too many people who keep changing the subject. Also, don't forget sports. Spend hours of your time watching people throw and kick balls around, and then discuss about how well they kicked and threw those balls with your multitude of friends, none of which you have any sort of meaningful friendship with because none of you have passionate interests you can share other than in an extremely shallow way. You need to not have any complex opinions about anything, you need to keep yourself ignorant on everything ranging from history to art to politics, and you need to be primarily occupied with getting drunk, high, or laid.
