The best I can do is tell you to stay far away from him while not breaking his line of sight. If he gets close to you, run away.

Demon Souls: Flamelurker,Tower Knight ,Adjujicator, Allant, False Idol, Maneaters, Maiden Astraea
Dark Souls: Queelaag, Gwyndolin. Gargoyles and Ornstein and Smough? I don't really like most of the bosses in DS but they're fine
Dark Souls II: Aava, Looking Glass Knight, the bosses in this game are largely terrible.
Bloodborne: Lady Maria, Orphan of Kos, Micolash, Gehrman, Gascoigne, Logarius second form, Amygdala, Watchdog, Pthumerian Descendant, Pthumerian Queen,Ludwig
Bosses are really hit or miss in this one with Darkbeast Paarl and Rom being some of the worst bosses in the series. Game is anime as fuck.

Favorite boss is probably Kamaleet just because it was the one dragon that felt somewhat refreshing to fight. Other than that maybe Sif. I haven't touched Bloodborne yet and Dark Souls 2 was shit.

NOBODY mentions that fucking guy, hes the best. Hes not too hard but there's one element to him that i fucking love ; You can always be hitting him. Bosses like artorias are fun and cool, but it's mostly just walking backwards while you watch his ballerina show then you get to hit him once or twice then he starts flipping through the air again. With the penetrator you can always be attacking him while also needing to dodge and block, he has just the right amount of health and aggressiveness and im shit at explaining it.
