You're in the gym to work out. not to play video games. that's a distraction that takes your mind off of the task at hand. You should rest your body and your mind as well between sets. If you're looking at your phone in between every set you've got your mind somewhere else, and not on the gains. Arnold would frown on your shenanigans.
