Anyway OP, I can tell you for sure the shitty Pacific Rim game is NOT what you are looking for. It's barebones, and every semi-good feature is locked behind microtransactions. On a CONSOLE too.
I rec Godzilla Save the Earth, or Godzilla PS4.

Best Godzilla game to memory. Have not played that PS2/Wii release so cannot say what.

Not sure if it came out on any system other than PS3, but it was tons of fun. There is an Android version too which is meh since the graphics don't give the robots a bigger than life feeling.
