Not gonna lie. When this game was new I got to this part and died a few times and then figured it was just the end of the game.
Didn't go back to play it again until I saw someone mention there was more after it.

Shoot a portal to your left or right and shoot the other in front of you above the fire, and jump through.

Otherwise, shoot a few holes into the Walls and try to juggle yourself back from the way you came.

Admittedly, this is the only somewhat tough part of the game. And really only the first time it happens because you don't expect it and have limited time to react.
But yeah, right or left, and then up and ahead.
