Aside from memorizing the hazards all you need to do is spindash in the right spots in Classic stages, and manage your boost correctly in the Modern stages

Go fastIn all seriousness, it just comes down to trial and error, memorizing certain parts of the stage.
A little bit of trial and error, but mostly get a feel for the shifts in momentum when you boost in the air, and the perfect timing can save you a lot of trouble.
