Out of those 3 the 3DS is probably the better overall choice.
The only big thing about the 3ds I don't like is the the triggers feel so weird with my big ass hands. I love the feel of the 2ds.

I prefer the Vita, but it really comes down to what sort of games you enjoy.
I think I'm going to get the sea foam green 2ds Mario kart pack with Pokémon x or y. Plus the seafoam green is asthetic as fuck and I've been hankering to play a Pokémon game lately and with the originals coming out next month I'm super stoked.
