Can't turn off adverts that pop up on launch and when you close a game. Can't go offline in friends list. Uplay points for achievements can only be spent on useless wallpapers and shit that would normally be included for free. Uplay locks certain skins for characters requiring you to buy other (usually shitty) games to get them. Searching for DLC is a pain.
