Competition is good, hopefully that deters anyone from charging a fee for online. That won't fly with the current user base but in due time, one anti consumer practice to another from one generation to another the practice of charging a sub fee could even come to steam.

Does Crossbuy apply to physical copies as well?
Digitial copies must be bound to an account, but physical copies aren't.
Would physical copies have to come with a one-time use PC code or something? wouldn't that be easy to just sell off, since MS would be giving you essentially two copies of the game?
I feel like this might re-enforce that "you can't share your physical games" thing that everyone gave MS shit for when the Xbone was announced.
