While the Steam sale is still going on, are there any good turn-based games I should pick up?
My most played game on Steam is Civ V, but X-COM is a close second. I've also put a lot of hours into Darkest Dungeon, but the stress of it is starting to eat away at me on the inside.
What would you guys recommend?

It's pretty good and very similar to Civ V, but the others are worth checking out, too. Seeing as the sale is almost over you could buy them now and refund the ones you don't like/need

Expeditions: Conquistador is a pretty good turn-based RPG. Hard as balls though.
Any games like Divinity Original Sin?
Invisible, Inc is good fun.
Underrail is pretty good. It's a crpg similar to fallout 1. I'm only an hour or two in so I can't say much, but there's usually an active thread for it up here if you want to get an idea of how it plays. I've read that first playthroughs typically take around 50 hours, so there's lots of content and exploration.
If you haven't played it get Jagged Alliance 2.
Best TBS game ever made.
Becomes godlike with the fan patch.
