there are a ton of sleeper hits and quality games that come out as console ips though and remain on console. PC is filled with indie shovelware and multiplats. RTS is a dead genre that hasnt been good since the 90's and there's nothing else on PC.
This is strictly in terms of game software which I believe is the most important thing. PC is a garbage platform in terms of that and has no infastructure for proper software development. You also literally have to thank consoles who make multiplats viable in the first place as well. Without them there is no multiplats.
