Better than Little Mac, that's for sure. He has speed, range, low cooldown, generally great frame data and he has confirms into his limit breaks. His only downside is his recovery honestly.

I think Bayo will be High Tier, but definitely not Top 5. She already has startup on some of her moves which hurts her neutral game, plus her combo moves look like they have poor knockback, not to mention tons of landing lag after performing a long combo. Her recovery can also easily be gimped since she's forced to save her double jump to use her second Witch Twist.

The issue with Ridley is that the model would be too big and therefore cover half of the screen with his attacks, Corrin might have huge reach with his side b but it only goes in a straight line
