I can't really imagine anything being a major threat, deathclaws are nasty but Yamcha can fly, super mutant behemoths might also be a threat but again Yamcha can fly.
Legendary blotfly and the giant roboscorpion(Yamcha isn't gonna do the smart thing hes from a shonen) however are strong and can deal with flying enemies
Plus the game has cybernetics so Yamcha could upgrade himself and make most of the enemies more fucked then they already are.
