They're equal in my book, mainly becuase 2 has the PowerUps, but 3 has the Styles.
3 is the pinnacle of the series.
I own 2, 3, and 4, and I didn't even care enough about 3 to beat it, so I'd say yeah.Fuck 4's bullshit.

My playthrough of 1-6 came to a halt at 3's bullshit.
3 has higher highs than 2, lower lows than 2, too because of a couple infamously bad scenarios which are okay cuz they are followed up with Drillman which was awesome
