What really killed it for me was the singleplayer was just multiplayer but with bots, and the gameplay itself wasn't good enough to excuse it like in Battlefront.

A lot of maps were designed really fucking terribly as well. One of the second maps for the Security team has them escort an NPC through a chokepoint that probably has at least four turrets at the end.

Pretty basic arpg, kind of casual and on the shorter side, especially if you rush, but it has a lovely atmosphere and is otherwise really solid. People usually compare it to what it was supposed to have been, which was basically the end all be all to all rpgs and way too ambitious. I liked it, but definitely didn't live up to the hype.
