The first two Overlord games were basically Pikmin but you get to play as Sauron.
The third is a shitty Diablo ripoff, but the first two were legitimately fun, with minions allowing for some surprisingly deep tactics in spite of how limited the controls would seem at first glance.

I think I've outgrown cartoon movies. Frozen left me frozen, and Inside Out had me wondering if this was really the movie people were talking about.
I don't know. They say everything in your formative years is always "the best". I grew up in the 90's where we were bombarded with Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Pocahontas, Mulan, and so on.
I think they were all amazing movies, from the voices, animation, story, music, everything. But on the other hand, The Jungle Book was before my time and is my favorite Disney movie. Alice in Wonderland, 101 Dalmatians, Pinocchio, Bambi, Peter Pan, those were all decades before my time and I loved them as much as any of the 90's movies.
But I'm bewildered that Frozen is being treated like it's worthy of the same breath, or even better than those movies. For me, it was utterly forgettable in every respect and I have no urge to ever see it again. I just can't see what people see in it, but it's ridiculously popular. It's today's Aladdin or Lion King, but how and why?
I loved The Incredibles and I'm glad they're now making a sequel. I'm hoping I can enjoy it. I didn't care for most of Pixar's stuff, including Toy Story, but I liked that one. I went into Inside Out with no expectations, except that it looked cute and was very popular. But I just didn't enjoy it in the slightest. There was one moment that was kind of sad, but I just went through the motions and I just had that feeling like I've seen it all before. That feeling that becomes more and more common as I get more old and jaded. I can't even tell if it was a classic Pixar film or if I'm just getting old.
Was the stuff from the 90's really better, or am I just an old stick in the mud who needs to stop playing games and watching cartoons? I know you can't recapture that old magic of experiencing some new plot or trope or genre of game for the first time, but I'm going pretty fast on the jaded train.
