Steveice10, a reputable dev is currently working on memchunkhax2. What this will allow us to do is that it will give us code execution under a system module which will then give us access to other exploits. i.e. downgrades.

I have a 9.0 New3DS and the only thing I care about is the fact that I'm perpetually stuck at 9.5 emunand, which itself isn't a huge problem, just an annoyance. If they can fix whatever encryption or whatever is preventing 9.6+ emunand on New3DS, then I'd be very happy about it

I bought a Dstwo+ and it's annoying as fuck. You have to pop the cartridge in and out once or twice to get it to work.
