I hope i get a handful of Wii U games and a handful of PS4 games just like last year.

Back when I played, Singed, anywhere, I'm Singed.
Now I play DotA and it's Puck, Witch Doctor, Warlock, whatever. The one thing I miss about that game is Singed. He was fun as fuck.

Hopes: All the Dragon Quest and Vanillaware games get localized to the west. Zelda U is actually good because I've been teleported to an alternate reality. Nintendo announces a new console that is better than PS4, while also being cheaper. Nintendo finally makes a dedicated acount system where all downloaded content transfers over onto all consoles/handhelds. Smartphone gaming starts to decline. Konami sells the rights to ZOE and Suikoden to another (competent) company.
Fears: Zelda U and Final Fantasy XV will be shit games, but still massively popular because of hype and marketing. Nintendo's next console is a console/handheld hybrid. Smartphone games keep growing in sales and popularity.
