Not him but i got one as a gift in 2011. Its GPU died about 9-10 months later. It also performed like shit in newer games and overheated a lot later on. I ended up gifting it to my mom.

Ah i forgot to say that they made me pay for the repairs even though it was still under warranty. I'm not buying a laptop ever unless I need it for work and even then its not gonna be a "gaming" one.
