Are you talking about in KH1? I said that outside of KH1 he hadn't really done anything until 3D which introduced the time travel. At that point 3D makes it so that Ansem, SoD's status at that time fulfilled the requirements for the time travel.

Traverse Town, Mysterious Tower and The World That Never Was are all In the Sleeping Worlds, but they never fell to darkness, there's no Way they COULD be Sleeping Worlds, normally.
The Grid is similar only that it isn't actually sleeping at all. TWTNW, I believe, is the same way.
But with the others, they are worlds from the Realm Between, and they follow different rules.
Traverse Town appears to create a home for those who don't have one (hence it continues to exist after Sora unlocked the Keyholes, to house the Dream Eaters)
Mysterious Tower moves around, it has no set place and I suppose this translates to its existence in the Sleeping Realm.
TWTNW apparently has changed since Xemnas's defeat, though how exactly or what it has to do with the Sleeping Worlds remains unclear.

I have a question for KHfag. In DDD we see that all the previously defeated villains are now all alive thanks to time travel. But at what point did they travel? Take Xemnas for example. Did he travel before the events of KH2 or was at some other point. If he did travel before how does he know sora?

It's not clear exactly when they were taken from their timeline, but for minimum exposition on Young Xehanort's part it could be assumed it was near the end of their runs.
So perhaps while Sora climbs the Castle That Never Was, or at some point in the End of the World, etc.
Regardless they could be brought up to speed, or possibly share memories (that's conjecture).
