I don't think anyone disputes this.
But in a series with a total of 2 games where the other game is a 10/10 and the best game of its entire generation, it's hardly disgraceful to be the worst. XBX is still a solid 9/10.

Yeah but the music bumps it down a few notches. I'd give it a 6/10 just because it's so annoying and never loops properly.
