Christmas is a major, day for Steam. Not only do you have gifts being activated, gifts sent over steam, gift card redeemed, *and* a Steam sale. The fact they apparently attempted to change caching on such a day with what I can only assume with a reduced staff is irresponsible. That the steam system was left up and online during such an incident is irresponsible. That no executive could be reached during the incident is irresponsible. And now we're nearly a week later and Valve is acting like it's no big deal shows a "we don't give a shit" attitude.
