Is it just me, or do some missions in 4.1 feel really brutal even on Normal? I never really had much of an issue with vanilla 4 doing my entire first playthrough on Hard, but some missions in 4.1 are destroying me on Normal.
Did they even change the returning missions or balance at all, or am I just nuts? It's been a couple of years since I played 4.0, so I have no clue.

Go back and do an easier mission on a harder difficulty to get higher quality weapon drops. Managed to get some level 50 weapons early on, and they are carrying me through the game no sweat.
