Man the no research thing always tickles my autism in the worst way. The one with Kenshiro and Jotaro really got me thinking though, maybe Musou Tensei could have some weird effect in contact with stands? Since you are fading out of existence, either Ken would be invulnerable, or he would be in sort of the same way a stand is like maybe? I dunno, I'm only on part 4 and stands haven't been explained that much so far. But I'm sure in an official bout the writers would concoct something like musou tensei allowing stand-to-Kenshiro contact, if only to include Ken doing hundred crack fist against Jotaro's or ideally Dio's stand since it would be interesting to see what Hokuto Shinken can do against someone with the ability to stop time for more than a second or two.

We see her doing her other time manipulation bullshit like making knives appear out of nowhere without using it though, plus her time double skill card. So it might just be a visual cue she uses to focus when using spell cards.

The only time we see her use it for anything is when she throws it at people to freeze them in the fighting games, as far as I'm aware, but that could simply be her using the clock as a conduit of her powers.
Regardless, it's heavily implied that the time magic is her own, innate power, so at most the stopwatch would just be a focus for her powers.
