Well my metrics for good looking game is that it must have good art direction (bonus points for attention to details and originality), then good appropriate colors, textures, lights and 3d models, and must be impressive technically.
The Order looks kind of generic (great setting but everything is done in a very generic way, like they did their job but no more than that, no passion, you know) and technically not impressive.

Aesthetically speaking TW3 is the best looking. Characters look and move great, facial animation is some of the best I have ever seen in an RPG and the clothing textures are amazing.
