It's a good game, man. What's your problem?

Did you enjoy your Phantom Pain ?

It's not a game that lends itself well to replayability. Once you've finished it, you've finished it.

Happy belated, if you're still here.
PSN name if you play MGO on that platform?

It has some of the most replayability. There's a million ways to tackle each mission

>>321921754
It hurt so good

But none of the missions are worth replaying more than once or twice. Some aren't worth replaying at all.

You're not going to boot up MGSV to run The War Economy again and this time kill the target by planting C4 on the vehicle they use, because that's just not worth it. It's trivial.

You could be that reductive about any game with supposed replayability. The worth of doing something is up to the one doing it.

In MGSV's case, the satisfaction of coming up with a solution with a certain restriction, that is potentially completely different than anyone else's is far from trivial.

But every mission is so similar. You're either fultoning a prisoner or eliminating a target (but you're just going to fulton him anyway). Really, the only mission that stands out is Backup, Back Down.

>>321923375
No, this isn't true. MGSV uniquely suffers because of its mission based format. Once you've beaten the game you only boot it up to play specific missions, but none of them are in and of themselves worth replaying.

This isn't an issue in games like MGS1-4 because you play through the whole campaign.

>>321923910
It's not the objective that's the highlight. It's how you approach it and execute it without getting caught.

>>321924046
But now instead of having to do the whole thing you can do only the missions you like instead.
