Gravity Rush 2, The Last Guardian, Yakuza 0/Kiwami/6, Star Ocean 5, Persona 5, Nier Automata, Final Fantasy 15, Guilty Gear Revelator, Tekken 7, King of Fighters 14, Street Fighter 5, Ace Combat 7, Dragon Quest 11, and Valkyria of the Blue Revolution probably will be.
SF5 has cross-play with PC, so there's no reason for idorts to buy the PS4 version. Some of them will be heading to PC an unspecified time after launch. Most won't be available in the west until Q4 2016 or later.

There hasnt been a good PC exclusive released in the last 2 years, none worth building a $1000 pc for and PS4 literally got the best exclusive released this year.
