If your entire Steam library was suddenly erased and you didn't get any monetary compensation for it, would any of you feel a weird sense of relief? As if you've been relieved from the burden of your backlog?

No. I have games I play, games I'd play again, and games I don't want to play. Backlog to me means "wasn't good enough to finish" and I'm not gonna force myself to.
I'd be pissed at the thousands of dollars wiped out and games I was working on or would play again.

I'm cheapskate and I only buy stuff in a sale that I wanted for a long time.
I deliberated on Black Flag for ages until i had completed other stuff. So now I have Dark Soulds and Black Flag alternating and nothing else.
