So has anyone tried to cheese carnage Baal with prinnies? With the curry boost and some muscles equipped it looks like it could work or did they change the way prinny explosions do damage.

From what I know, I'm pretty sure prinny explosions do half their HP in damage, though there's an evility that does 100% HP in damage.
And another evility which reduces all their stats to 1 except HP which is multiplied by a huge number. 100K I think?

So is it just me or are a lot of the weapon skills in 5 just really unimpressive?
Spear skills are garbage and even lost their user displacement gimmick
The second strongest bow skill has a pretty lame payload for the setup it has
the strongest axe skill is garbage.

You have the option to replay the story mode and keep all your levels and such, yes. But you can already revisit previous areas and view story scenes without having to do so.
There are a good amount of things to do in postgame to keep you busy

Are you new to Disgaea or something? There is no replay value because your never done until you max all units with 9999999999 on every stat.
