Just finished this, what do you guys think of this ?
I liked the overall feeling of it. I think the tone suits witcher more than the save the world plot of main story. My only problem with it is the beginning, it's not explained why you got set up with the giant frog.
The boss fight were nice (a bit damage sponge, but mb because I started with the blant "New game for HoS").
I think I missed a quest though, the "without a trace" or something where you have to get the hafling. I smelled that something was fishy with the peasant and I though I needed to talk with the herbalist to move forward. It ended the quest, and when I came back to the peasant they wouldn't talk to me anymore.
Shani looks better with short hair.

I really enjoyed it, I hope the other expansions are in similar scope. I don't want to always save the world, and the way it ended was pretty perfect for the witcher universe.

I enjoyed it, the story was good.
The Iris stuff gave me the feels and I wasn't sure what to do with her hubby. In the end I defeated the mirror guy because he was a dick.

It was great and they clearly got more creative with boss fights compared to vanilla game. I'm excited as fuck about Blood and Wine now if they can keep up the momentum.

What do you mean set up? Because they didn't explain the full situations to Geralt because they wanted the King dead. Geralt being the Witcher that he is, probably would tried to undo the curse instead of outright killing him.

It was really good. Some tough bosses, a peek at the world beyond the Northern Kingdoms, a more W1 feel, and a great antagonist. If BaW is similar I think W3 will definitely be one of my favorite games.
