Hey /v/, What do you do when "you should take a break every hour or so" while playin vidya? it's snowing a fuckton tonight where i live so i'm playing shovel knight. I go out every hour or so to shovel so it doesn't accumulate and then it's super easy.

I honestly can't play games for 6+ hours nonstop even if I enjoy it like I used to. I just get bored of doing what I am doing even though I am fully enjoying it. Funny thing is as soon as I return to my desktop I literally have nothing else to do.
I started to recording and uploading footage of a MMO for the hell of it though and decided to record 2 hours worth at a time and edit that much before recording anymore. So generally while editing and saving the video file I'll get up and feed the dog, get the mail, go to the store, walk around, see what the fuck I have in the kitchen even though it never changes and so on. I generally try to walk around at least some per day. God know my arteries in my leg would be fucked if I didn't at least walk as much as I do. More so as out of habit I will sometimes sit on my legs/foot.
