The original was solid. 2 was playable and the rest were worse than the originals imo.

Tbh I think its pretty creative and managed to scare me a little. I can only comment on FNAF 1, tho, since its the only one I played.
But there are way better cheap horror games out there, such as Cry of Fear, DreadOut, Afraid of Monsters, Penumbra: Black Plague...

2 was an unfun clusterfuck that was just frustrating and not spooky in the least
3 was somewhat enjoyable but also not spooky in the least
4 was definitely a good, spooky game for the price

I liked how the first game literally came out of nowhere and managed to be decently scary. Too many sequels made too quickly kinda ruined the series, though. 2 was a bad game, but did a nice job of fleshing out the story. Everything past that was unneeded garbage.

and I also only played 1-3 on an iPhone
probably the best iOS games i've played, but that isn't saying much.
