I mean sure it's got a decent amlut of polish like all rockstar games, but it's got tons of stupidly annoying flaws that really make the game annoying as fuck
Add to that a cliche as fuck plot filled to the brim with the worse kind of annoying stereotypes and a predictable ending that once again clashes with the gameplay in an insane way just to have a sad ending
Ironically the game itself never redeems itself from all this crap

Nope, you also shoot the fuck out of everything be it from train roof, horse or just from behind a tree.
Fun minigames, playing poker on the veranda with rain outside is the most comfy I had in a while.
Awesome story and lots of exploration, visiting tall trees at night with snow everywhere, beautiful moonlight and small animals running as soon as they sense you, fucking magical.
