Her only real thing is being Galuf replacement. And the whole idea is she is somehow really connected to the dragon for some reason. Outside that she doesn't really have much going for her. And that's saying something since FF5 isn't really have deep characters.

She has some degree of ESP and can communicate with animals.
She's a simple character but the others really aren't that developed for that to be a problem.
On the other hand she doesn't get too many story scenes to shine on, after she replaces Galuf. There's enough to her to know she's spirited and sweet, staying in-between Lenna and Faris.

Well it's largely because she's trying to fill Galuf's shoes, and Galuf was GOAT. She also comes across as kind of annoying at times. Faris was by far and away the best girl but aside from her the others were just there.
