Thinking about playing Dead Space 3 but I heard its quite shallow.

The guns didnt have a good sound to them, the walkers were a bit goofy, the hover thingies sucked compared to bf vietnam/bf2 choppers, titan mode was super dependent on explosive spamming if the teams were even remotely skilled, other than that the reason it failed was because EA is shit and releases new games in the bf series every year or less while releasing expansion packs that split the user base of the preexisting game, pretty much guarantees death of product within a couple of years

Not really, it's great. AMD had some serious issies, but since then there were patches broth for the drivers and the game, so that's probably solved.

Layers of Fear broke something inside me. I have always loved horror, but have never really been scared. I would play Amnesia, Penumbra, Alien: Isolation, all kinds of horror games and never once actually flinch or scream or anything that youtubers make you think is normal.
Then, I played layers of fear.
I screamed multiple times, I threw my mouse, I hid behind pause screens. I found myself shaking with my hands off of the mouse and keyboard, unable to force myself to keep playing.
After playing Layers of Fear, I've been screaming and getting scared at all kinds of horror games.
If there is one indie horror game you should play, it's Layers of Fear. Make sure this shit gets finished.

Wargame is incredibly unforgivingly hard for someone to jump straight in to.
Seriously, get EE first. It's the only game in the series with an actual single player storyline, and will teach you everything you need to know for the following two games.
Also, you can skip Airland Battle, which is the second game, if you want to. Red Dragon has basically all the same content as AB, though all the maps are Asian based rather than Scandinavian based

Embarrassingly, I haven't played Men of War
But Wargame is just an RTS with no resource gathering or base building. You get deployment points and you bring units in. Very fun though, but micro intensive. Sure you can bring in 12 T-62's and throw them away, but you'll always be wanting to micro your single M1A2 or T-72BU tank to make sure they never die
