Are these temperaturas normal?
>>

If you live on the sun , yes
>>
>>321657282
Laptop or Desktop? Looks normal for a high end laptop, I guess but not that normal for a desktop.

Looks fine to me

>>
>>321658027
Bad. That CPU temp is what you'd usually get at full load with a decent cooler.
If it doesn't go over 80 during load you can at least use it without shit blowing up on your face, but it'd be better if it never went beyond 72C
>>
you probably shouldn't be OCed to 5.0 on air cooling, just saying
>>
>>321658027
You should watercool that shit.
>>
>>321658189
It never goes above 70 for neither the CPU and the GPU

GPU temperature is excellent.
CPU could be a lot better but it's within healthy operational levels.

54 on idle isn't good but if it sticks around there under heavy load that's fine. You probably want to replace your cooling system on it, if you're getting those temps while idling.

Have been pleasantly surprised with the cooling performance with this little case. Loud as fuck at load though.
>>
>>321659891
What kind of cooler do you have to have to get that low cpu temp?

Also isn't it also bad if cpu temps go too low?
>>

Actually there are "optimal" temperatures. Get it too cold and you can have crashes and instability. But that's usually with LN2 or other more extreme cooling systems.
>>
>>321662879
>NH-D14
I have the same cpu and NH-D15 and get 27 on idle and 35-40 under load.
I guess I need to strap on more fans to improve airflow if I ever need to have it run cooler.

Hey anons, I just put together my first build for christmas and I am a bit worried about my temps.

While idling, my cpu and gpu hover around 35 - 40c, but when I play Fallout 4 it rockets up to 55 - 60c. Is this normal? Should I get more fans?

For CPU no, if it's your first build you put the paste on wrong or if it's old replace it by using the pea method

>>321665223

It's shit compared to say a new PC like >>321664870, but are you satisfied with your computing power? As you can see, my PC doesn't have an external GPU because I don't need one, so there's no need to spend excess money on something I won't use. If all you do is emulate shit, play visual novels, and shitpost there's no need to upgrade.

>>321665327

Each bot takes up about ~2gb ram. RuneScape's resource usage went way up after 2011, gone are the days I could run 30 bots on a PC with a i7 930 + 9 gb ram.

If you want that thing to last, you need to clean it out and add some sort of cooling. I'm honestly surprised that it hasn't powered off due to high temps
