Staistics need some kind of 'anchor' to make sense, so it makes logical sense that humans would be 5/10 or whatever in everything and orcs for example would be 7/10 in strength and 3/10 in intelligence for example. As humans we can only comprehend intelligent life as being human-like, at least in the sense that they have culture , language and are social. We only know as much about these things as we know our selves, so when making new alien races developers typically create aliens with a small set of elements taken from cultures on earth, something that could define an entire species with a few sentences. Big angry war mongers that make weapons and are cultured after Mongolians, skinny squid race with psycic powers cultured after a mix of Chinese a Greek that govern warp travel.
When they include humans, they don't do this because they know what humans are like and thus make them as balanced or broad as possible. They might specifically represent humanity through very american sounding people but it's almost always implied that the rest of humanity is accounted for or included.

Also, space faring at faster than light speed is theoretically possible. Maybe faster than light travel is impossible, but there are many types of warping that could theoretically be feasible. For example, there are some scientists that think that mass/spacetime might be simply a crystallized form of energy, and if it happens that the universe ties itself in crystalline form we may be able to leave the "crystal" that is one area of the universe, exiting into the miasma of nothingness that is a lack of spacetime, and since there is theoretically no time/mass/anything there, we could reenter the universe at any points along the crystal we see fit.
Not that I really know jack shit about it.
Right now that shit is basically unproven science fiction, but it's still highly likely that there is some way to cheat the system.
The only question is how many years it'd take.

Chemistry is chemistry. Oxygen plus hydrogen plus a little heat will always violently combine into water. How your body takes in nutrient and burns it will work exactly the same on the other side of the galaxy. If we set silicon based lifeforms on the back burner for now and look at the chemistry behind carbon based life forms, it will work the same each and every time. Elements don't just randomly change how they react from place to place. This gives support to oxygen breathing aliens. Oxygen is easy for basic life to make and it's great at breaking down other complex elements for energy. The soup where this basic life will develop will be made up of more or less the same shit as ours was. Structure of our DNA and an aliens DNA will be drastically different, but will still be made of the same elements. That said, it's probably safe to assume aliens breath oxygen They might like candy too. Sugar is just a complex strand of elements, but man it gives off a lot of energy when you throw some oxygen in the equation. The sugar part is more of a stretch, but oxygen dependency can very well be a universal norm for complex lifeforms.
Why humanoid? Well that's just evolution for ya. Life just tries to survive with the bare minimum it can get along with. Symmetry is important to keep your ass stable. If a planet has grass, standing upright is important. Manipulating the world around you is important. Still, evolution doesn't want to give you ten arms. It wants you to make do with as little as you can manage. Two arms, two legs, walking upright. That's all you get. Except maybe a tail.
Is crazy looking life impossible? No. Just alien life might look more familiar then we'd expect in a universe of variables.

You receive their lust bonus gift when you've thoroughly made them want to fuck you and you alone, I.E. 5 Lust.

Love of course scales off their desire to be around you, which will naturally increase if you do things they like, are happy to see you do, etc.

This endurance hunting is a very stupid concept in the first place. Not only would the hunters in question have to travel incredible amount of distances away from the group, but you're also severely underestimating the amount of distance a four legged animal can travel compared to us. These animals have to learn to fucking run 5 minutes after they're born while we spend 2 years crawling.
The absolute best way to hunt, was and will always be laying traps and ambushing using tools such as spears and bows. Go on some tribal island or certain parts of Africa and you tell me which methods they decide to use.

Gravity might be difficult to pin down. Higher gravity might make for shorter, denser, tougher stuff while less might do the opposite. We have to look again at the godsend that is oxygen. Back when earth had a higher concentration of it, oxygen breathing animals got fucking massive. Bring a t-rex into our current world and it'll probably be desperately panting just to get enough oxygen in it's bloodstream. Also insects got huge. Spooky stuff.
Orders of animals is a whole different.. uh.. monster. Shit goes wacky when chemistry turns into biochemistry. All I can really do is offer something to ponder on. Life is competitive. One lifeform wants to eat another life form. Be it plant or animal. From bacteria to t-rex. This has lead to life being super adaptable. You can see that just by looking around. Life is incredibly diverse and all we have to go on is this tiny little speck of dust we call earth. There is function behind everything, scales, fur, bone structure, claws, teeth and horn. With life being adaptable, it tries to wiggle its way into every niche it can manage. There may be some unexplored niches, but life is pretty good about finding that shit and using it for food.
What I'm saying here is that stuff may look different, but still be curiously similar. There might not be completely alien order that hasn't been discovered. You'd still be able to identify lizards and reptiles. You'd also be able to see birds. Different sizes, different plumage, but holy shit that's still totally a bird... and you can probably eat it as long as you cook it. You can also use that tree you found it in as fuel for your cooking fire.
Then again, universe of variables. Sentient slime might happen too.
