Aren't both the GBA and PSP versions based off the PS1 versions? Isn't the GBA version stuck on easy mode, while the PSP has everything extra from the GBA plus the art gallery from Origins?

The pc version of the ds remake of 4 and 3 are the best versions of 4 and 3. Much more difficult with some awesome cutscenes and bonus content
