I think Borderlands 2 is enjoyable even if everything connected to it is garbage. It isn't a great game, but its comfortable and what got me back into playing vidya in the first place.
Megaman 4 is better then 2 and 3. 5 is the worst if the classic series.

That's actually a really cool opinion. I don't agree - but some parts of Megaman 4 sure feels way more polished than 2 and 3 - it's like the team learned from past games. A lot of enemies move faster/more complicated and then some enemies have more HP than in previous games, but that is just because the game is centered around the chargeable Mega Buster.
But 5 and 6 are just weird.

I play MP games just to look good in them
I think most jrpgs are casual garbage. You basically just grind then hit a boss with the right attack in battle while spamming heals. No skill involved except being willing to waste your time. The story's often isn't good enough to justify the horrible "gameplay".
Some are cool though. DQ, FE, and some of the SMT games are actually good. Every FF game is shit.

That's per mission. Each choice determines what mission you do next. Each path has its own name in game and it keep track of which ones you've cleared so some autists (like me) tried to fill it out as much as possible.

There are ten different endings (5 possible final stages with two possible endings for each) plus the final route after beating all of them.
However the game counts every possible path through the stages as a separate route. So even if you get the same ending, if you took a different combination of stages to get there it counts as a different route, and the game tracks how many you've done. I can't even imagine the amount of patience it must take to play through that game over 300 fucking times for every route. Doing it ten times for the endings was more than enough for me.

When I play a good RPG (NV, vampire) i always try the conversationalist/sneaky type guy and i usually look up all the ways i can complete a quest so i can do it the way i want to (corresponding to my playstyle) AND get the best rewards (especially if it's stuff that will boost my character)

Now to do a few more Shadow the Hedgehog story routes.". Thankfully each individual route is pretty short once you know what you're doing, so I think it took me from Christmas 2005 until summer 2006.

I love the fucking shotgun.
My main complaint re: weapon kick is the main rifle, which doesn't feel very good even for a blaster. Making laser weapons feel impactful is always difficult due to the lack of recoil, but I think other Star Wars games have managed to make blasters/blaster rifles that feel a lot better to shoot than the one in Republic Commando. Which may partially just be down to the fact that there's something inherently satisfying about the classic Star Wars PEW PEW blaster sound that the RC rifle lacks.
Regardless of any of that though, Republic Commando is fucking awesome.

4's dungeons might have been boring and randomized, but at least there was some degree of variety to them.

I love Undertale in pretty much all aspects and it's given me hope that maybe there's still people in gaming industry that actually get what makes a game good.
Part of me is extremely worried, though, that either Toby Fox is going to sell out and get bought by some big company, and he's gonna lose that spark that was in Undertale.And I genuinely believe that for once, it's a game that has the potential to leave itself open for some Tumblr "interpretations" and still be wholly true to its source. And still not have any damage to the core of it.
I still play Tf2 at least once a week.

but I have been wanting to get this off my chest.I really hate the whole gamer persona and lifestyle. I'm a bit of a normie outside of /v/, despite using this board for 8 years now. I bully the shit out of the gamer type all the time IRL. If you have a video game t-shirt or a handheld out, I will probably try and humiliate you. I've beat them up before too, but mostly back in high school, all while hiding the fact I play games for hours when I'm at home alone. It's worth mentioning I'm about 6'3, during school I was always the bigger kid, did most of that growing before I was 16, so it was one of the reasons I was able to bully so easy. But, back in October. I went to McDonalds to grab some food really quick. At this table, there were about seven young adults, they had zelda shirts and shit on, amiibos or whatever out and they all had 3ds. I guess it was a birthday or some shit. I called them faggots after getting my food, sat down and ate. They left before I finished.
I went outside after finishing my meal and three of them were leaning up against the handrail laughing and looking at a 3DS. I went up to the pimply skinny one holding his 3ds and asked why he is a manchild. He said something like "leave us alone, we didn't say anything to you" and it kind of pissed me off (he was a manlet) so I snatched the 3DS out of his hand and held it above his head. He let out a little whine and reached for it, so I smacked him on the ear. Then, I just remember some guy standing above me giving me little taps to the cheek and I was looking at the sky.. apparently the kid threw a punch and I didn't see it coming, hit me on the chin directly and I hit the pavement.. I got knocked out by a pimply manlet gamer type. Other people were taking pictures when I was stumbling to my feet and the nintendo kids were all gone. I haven't gone back to that McD since and it's been haunting me

Drakengard is my favorite series and I've only beaten NieR and got stuck on 3's final boss. Also I'm too lazy to play one.
I'm a huge casual. The number of games I've finished is probably somewhere around 25, and I've literally never 100%'d a game because I don't care.
I sometimes go back to Dota 2 and play easy co op bot matches because they're easy and relaxing.
