The only game with good motion blur is MGSV. Because only parts of things moving fast have blur. Not the whole screen as if you were a drunkard.

Regular motion blur just blurs when the camera moves, per object motion blur works on entities in the game, like a vehicle moving at high speed past a player. Metro 2033 does it very well.
