Those are clearly of a lower order, although many of the VR missions and other stuff in some previous games were already sort of generic and bland. Just extra material to whet your beak if you wanted it.
Some of them are even fun because some outposts and guardposts are interesting and different. Then you have "OKB-Zero" or whatever, which is what more of it should be like, but is still nice to have because it's built like a steel trap, staffed with a lot of pretty good guards, and generally configured fairly intelligently in terms of what the enemies have to work with.
Am I salty that I didn't hear a camera making noises in a sandstorm or even consider it was there and have to fight ALL THE GUYS at the stairs? A bit. But not totally. It was still fun figuring out how to unwedge all of them.
I think people are being bitchy because they paid 60 dollars or whatever it is elsewhere, and that's clearly too much. I paid 40 on a sale and that feels good.

Believe it or not, there is an official explanation for this. When he does crazy shit like throwing Metal Gears around, you'll see his suit crackle with a ton of electricity. That's what happens when he uses most of his reserve energy, which explains why he fucking sucks at everything after he does that.
