It was a misguided attempt at seeing what graphical options are preferred to first disappear in a time of need. The OP picture was merely meant as a representation of an options menu.
Everything Ultra/High, AA off, V-sync off, reduce mouse lag on and refresh rate to 144Hz.
Reducing physics is optional, the same goes for effects fi you want less clutter on the screen.
Wasn't that hard, was it?
