My MGSV lesson is that it's useless to go with tranquilizer weapons.
Just grab a normal sniper rifle with silencer and shoot in the legs.
You neutralize people immediately, have bigger area to hit, more ammo, can neutralize armored guys in three shots, there's no danger of them waking up and sounding alarm and you get to fulton them AND you get heroism for saving them from danger.
