Is the 3D truly an improvement?
Does it feel more comfortable to play than the previous XL?
How's the C-Stick usage?
I really only bought this to play sm4sh without squinting my eyes on the original 3DS model.
C nub is almost useless. Would have been better with an additional cpad.
3D is vastly improved. You know that darkening you get when you move the system? Yeah that's gone and has a wider viewing angle.

The nub requires some getting used to, but it can be usable. It held me over in MH4U, although I'm giving up on the series until its on something a bit higher in resolution than the damn 3ds... Also, mountain climbing the game wasn't fun compared to previous games.
the 3D is fucking amazing. i always have it on unless i know i'll be rolling around a lot trying to fall asleep or w/e
Thinking of getting a N3DS, as my current 3DS just turns itself off randomly when I am playing games. This is a hardware problem right? I just got the 3ds this year too..
Yeah, 3d is better, but still nobody plays with 3d on anyway.

Never used the C-Nub
Forward facing button layout (Start/Select/Home/D-Pad/Slider/etc/etc) is perfect
Side facing button/feature layout (Cartridge port/stylus location/headphone jack/charger/etc/etc) is worse than the regular 3DS XL, but only really a bother with the stylus
The build quality is shit. When it tumbles around a tiny bit in my bag, sometimes the time resets because the battery came out of place for a second.

It's not that big of an improvement, but one nonetheless.
Never had an XL.Had a 2DS, mushy buttons suck.

Does anyone actually use the 3D on a 3DS or is it just a meme?
Like I can't think of any time I've used it and thought "boy let me play the whole game in 3D".
And some games like Megaten bearly have use for 3D so it never pops up for use anyway.

They've already gotten past the 3DS. We just need an english release, or for me to not give a fuck about not understanding whats being said. I imagine that X might end up seeing a NX version too. 3U is the only reason I don't regret buying the Wii U.
