Deluge
qBittorrent or Transmission-qt for windows are both the best. Take your pick after trying both out.
rtorrent is good as well, but not if you use windows.
Deluge is a damn resource hog. Same with Vuze which is Java based,
utorrent, I could rant on about, but lets sum it up with it's closed source so it's instantly shit.
I switched from qbit to deluge because the raindrop looks nicer. I don't use it for anything but downloading things so it doesn't really matter at all
